Ayurvedic treatment for Lack of desire or low libido
What Is Low Libido?
Loss of sexual desire, known in medical terms as hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD), is the most common form of sexual dysfunction among women of all ages. A recent study showed that nearly one-third of women aged 18 to 59 suffer from a lost interest in sex, and it’s not all in their heads.
Unlike men’s main sexual complaint, erectile dysfunction, women’s biggest sexual problem is caused by a combination of both mental and physical factors, which aren’t likely to be cured by merely popping a pill.
Causes of low sexual desire or lack of desire:-
- Relationship issues
- Mental and Physical injury
- Fatigue or Tiredness
- Stress, anxiety and exhaustion
- Hormone problems
- Alcohol and drugs
- Low Hormone level
- Getting older
- Underlying health problems and their medicines
- Medication and contraception
Sex drive may also fall if the natural testosterone level of the woman falls. Testosterone is produced in the ovaries and adrenal glands, so if they are removed or they are not working properly then level may fall. Problems that occur during physical relationships, such as pain, not feeling good, forced coercion, not having orgasms, having no fun, etc can also be the reason.
Healthy sexual relationship between couple enhance their love but when its not so then you should be quite worried about it.
This problem should be cured at the right time unless until the relationship between couple gets ruined. Although Allopathic treatment may not be successful for this problem but in Ayurveda this problem has successful solution and treatment.
